Course Description
The following syllabus is subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated clearly to the students and posted on *Blackboard.
This Honors section of RELG 101-1 has the same description, the same policies and the same Course goals as the regular section with the following additions:
Additional writing requirement
There will be a research paper requirement that will be due towards the end of the semester. A draft will be submitted and a part of the overall grade for the paper will be based on the progress of the paper from draft to finished copy. The paper is expected to be 3,000 words or more. Further rubrics and requirements will be provided later. The due dates are marked in the calendar below
Additional participation requirement
As honors students, you will be expected to take a leadership role in the discussions, conversations, and activities that we do in class. As a result your participation has a more signicant weight in your overall grade as compared to the regular section.
